​Neil is the current owner of Reichenbach & Steiner, CPAs. He joined David R. Steiner’s, CPA firm in 2003 following 18 years working as a CPA in public accounting in the Findlay/Wapakoneta/Lima area. Later Neil and Dave formed a partnership and Neil became the sole owner in 2009. Neil oversees business, trusts and estates tax preparation for the firm. He also specializes in not-for-profit tax preparation and accounting.
Neil graduated with a Business and Accounting degree in 1982 from Bluffton College. He received his CPA designation in 1988. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. In the community, Neil is also a member of the Bluffton Lions Club.

Tracey started her work as an accountant at Reichenbach & Steiner, CPAs in 2008. For the previous 16 years she worked as an office manager for a small construction company. Her responsibilities include individual income tax preparation, payroll, and sales tax preparation.
Tracey graduated from Owens Technical College in 1990 with an Associate Degree in Accounting. She is a member of the Ohio High School Athletic Association as a volleyball official and coach.
